ATTSU has installed a steam boiler producing 16000 kg/h in a chemical industry near Barcelona city.
This boiler is equipped by a double heat recovery system throughout exhaust gases recovery.
This waste energy is used to preheat boiler feed water and simultaneously the combustion air as well required by the burner.
With this dual saving system, total boiler efficiency upgraded from 91% to 99%, demonstrating a significant fuel saving specially shown on the natural gas invoice.
