How does a thermal oil heat exchanger work?

Attsu manufactures industrial steam boilers that use thermal oil as the primary fluid.

Thermal oil boilers have heat exchangers to transfer the heat to the air, water, steam or other oils.

Heat exchangers are normally tubular, and are arranged horizontally. Like boilers, they can have between one and four phases, depending on the design produced according to the client company's needs. The tubes that make up the exchanger are easy to clean because they are straight.

ATTSU’s IAL model thermal oil exchangers have additional equipment in the form of valves, pumps, a remote registration communications port, analogue output and monitoring features. Its design pressures can reach 100 bar.
