Clean steam is obtained using a reboiler or clean steam generator. It is a high quality steam which is free of contamination, unlike industrial steam and filtered steam, which is of poorer quality. Clean steam is obtained using osmotic water. It is the steam used for sterilisation in the food industry and in hospitals. There is another steam that is of even higher quality than clean steam, which is pure steam, which is only used in the pharmaceutical industry.
