What are the possible treatments that water can undergo before it circulates through an industrial steam boiler?

Before installing a boiler, steps must be taken to ensure that the water to be used reaches the process at the highest levels of quality. However, as this is not always possible, water can be treated before it is used in the boiler circuit. The most common are softening, deaeration and evaporation. These treatment systems are basically physical and chemical.

The aim is always to reduce and eliminate impurities in the water, and ensure the water complies with the two regulations currently in force:

Feedwater - EN 12953-10:2003

Boiler water - EN 12953-10:2003

The boilers manufactured and installed by ATTSU are equipped with systems that check the quality of the water before and during operation, and alarm alerts and automatic detection systems.
