What is thermography and how is it applied to industrial boilers?

Thermography is a visual study using infrared rays of the different temperatures in a process, which visually displays energy losses or anomalies in real time based on the heat that is dissipated in installations.

In the case of industrial steam boilers, thermography can be used as a means for detection in preventive maintenance of their operations, identifying temperatures that are too high or too low in each area of the installation. In addition to detecting faults in areas of the boiler circuit, it can also identify points where performance can be improved, without affecting the operation of the boiler.

ATTSU  steam boilers are equipped with the latest process control, data collection and monitoring technology to study the performance of the steam installation.
