Steam boilers play a crucial role in converting thermal energy into mechanical energy, and subsequently into electrical energy, making them a key component in electricity production and various industrial processes across sectors. At Attsu, we manufacture steam boilers for use in power plants, industrial facilities, and large-scale heating systems, among other applications. The different designs and configurations allow them to be adapted to the specific needs and applications of each facility. Two of the most common types are water-tube boilers and fire-tube boilers.

Our fire-tube steam boiler, Model RL, with pressurized combustion and 3 passes of flue gases, has a horizontal cylindrical configuration with a flame reversal chamber that is fully water-cooled. Designed to operate with various types of fuels, such as natural gas, LPG, diesel, fuel oil, and biogas.

Designed for small to medium consumption, installations in clean environments, and supply of high-purity steam, we highlight our Model GE electric steam boiler and the Model ACE electric water boiler (E-Boiler). Both have very low radiation losses thanks to their thick and high-density insulation. They feature excellent thermal transmission due to their low-load ohmic resistances, made of stainless steel or Incoloy, encapsulated and shielded, and fully submerged.

To adapt to the specific needs of each facility, all models can be customized with optional components that enhance operational performance, efficiency, and control.
