Beverage industry
Among the applications of Attsu steam boilers, the industry dedicated to beverages and soft drinks stands out. This is a sector that requires a wide range of heat loads, and for which each process must be managed with very precise controls. Our equipment is not only used for sterilization and pasteurization, but also to ensure that the marketed liquid achieves greater stability.
These are procedures in which the product to be treated can be packaged, whether alcoholic (distilled spirits, beer, wine) or non-alcoholic (soft drinks, water, milk, fruit juices). The important thing is that the pressure generated within the container be higher than atmospheric pressure. The hermetic seal and the shape of each container remain intact thanks to the pressure produced by the steam boiler compensating for the internal pressure of each beverage, as a result of any expansion it may undergo and the gases generated.
In addition to sterilization and pasteurization processes, steam boilers are used for heating products like beer during the fermentation phase.
Another application of our steam boilers within the beverage and soft drink sector is the cleaning of the container, which can be a bottle, can, or carton. This is the best way to ensure that the beverage is not contaminated by pathogenic agents and thus retains its optimal qualities.
Our steam boilers more frequently chosen by our customers from this industry are the following:
The H boiler is a steam boiler that is horizontal, fire-tube with three passes and steam chamber. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
Three passes horizontal fire-tube with reverse flame steam boiler. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
The CSPM boiler is a three-pass horizontal fire-tube steam generator, with a furnace designed for Biomass.
