Petrochemical industry
The applications of steam from ATTSU boilers include the processing of oil to produce various commercial by-products, such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel fuel. As well as thermal oil heaters, steam boilers are essential equipment in the petrochemical sector, both for tasks such as heating and for the extraction and fractionation of crude oil.
Crude oil distillation, thermal cracking and catalytic cracking are some common processes in refineries. Industrial steam boilers produce much of the necessary thermal energy. Steam is used as a heat source in fractionation towers and exchangers. It can also be recovered and reused when it condenses, and injected to improve some processes.
The most widely ATTSU models used in the petrochemical industry are the RL (small and medium power) and H three-pass fire-tube steam boilers (high power and pressure). There is also the FT, which is a three-pass thermal fluid/oil generator that operates vertically and horizontally to achieve high energy efficiency. Its design is focused on maximum heat absorption, due to its low level of pollution and its low maintenance costs.
Our steam boilers more frequently chosen by our customers from this industry are the following:
The H boiler is a steam boiler that is horizontal, fire-tube with three passes and steam chamber. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
Three passes horizontal fire-tube with reverse flame steam boiler. The chamber is completely cooled by boiler water.
The FT boiler is a thermal fluid generator, with vertical execution with three passes and high thermal efficiency.
